About Gold or Grave
This project is being built as a high-stakes PvPvE dungeon crawler experience inspired by games like Dark and Darker, but adapted for a long-term multiplayer environment. Our focus is on tension, risk, and meaningful progression + player interaction rather than rushed content or shallow systems. Development will be intentionally slow and deliberate. We are prioritizing strong foundations like combat rules, classes, items, dungeon flow, and party systems before expanding outward. Quality and cohesion matter more to us than speed. We will be able to provide a more accurate timeline once Hytale launches on the 13th and we get our hands on the game.
